Why I do this work
I'm Camila Cavounis, founder of CAVO Property Group at eXp Realty. Before real estate I was a founding partner of Plaza Colombian Coffee Bar on South Congress, and I negotiated the building's commercial lease myself. I know what it's like to have your money and your plans tied to a property.
That experience shapes how I work with sellers today. I give you real numbers, explain every option in plain English or Spanish, and handle the details so you can focus on what comes next. You'll always know where things stand.
Today my team and I help sellers, buyers and investors across Austin and Central Texas, with residential homes, land and acreage, multifamily and commercial property.
